Scientist entrepreneurs at Wfront receive funding for one year to work on their projects. After this year they have to provide proof of product. They receive both practical and financial support to either open source their project or start a business. On this page you find the projects our Wfront scientists are currently working on.

Tweezer Microscope

Optical tweezer brings Nobel-Prize-winning technology to every desk. The 3D-printed, open-source microscope let students and citizen scientists measure pico-Newton forces on single cells.

Precision Nozzle

To make agricultural spraying more efficient and environmentally safe, the goal is to build a nozzle that strictly produces 300-micrometer drops.

Dunedain Space - Graduated project

Dunedain builds novel observation technologies to support the exploration of Space. They combine the latest advances in Quantum sensors and Astronomy to detect and track the faintest objects out there.
